1 Shipping
Modalta offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States and Canada.
Shipping times will vary depending on the shipment destination.
You will receive an email with tracking information so that you can know when to expect your order.
If you require a different shipment method such as overnight or express shipping, please contact our Customer Care team.
2 Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply navigate to your Order History page to request a return authorization number within 30 days of the order's delivery date.
Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by security tags and original tags. All merchandise must be returned with original interior packaging (gift box, dust bag, etc.) Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition, accompanied by original tags and security tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Modalta.
If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 7 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Modalta warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason Modalta deems unacceptable may be denied at the discretion of Modalta. Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number.
At this time, all earrings are final sale.
We want to ensure that you are happy with your Modalta purchase, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange items from your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days upon order receipt and we will take care of you.

Modalta currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as methods of payment.
1 Taxes and Duties
We charge provincial and federal sales tax in all Canadian provinces, which are reflected upon checkoutAll orders are duty free.

If your order has already been shipped, we can help you with an exchange or return.
Orders will be prepared and shipped out within 12 hours.
